Life is busy, I want to slow it down for you. I teach slow flow yoga to calm the central nervous system while lengthening and strengthening your mind, body, breath and focus.
I'm a soon-to-be Level 2 Yoga Teacher (Yoga NRG and Tammy Williams). I completed my Level 1 Yoga Teaching qualification in Otford NSW with John Ogilvy and Byron Yoga. I'm also a qualified Mindfulness teacher.
In my day job I work from home doing marketing, social media and copywriting for my clients and raise three boys.
